I had two surgeries on July 28th, 2020

Dr. Crawford is amazing. Informative and very thorough. I had been to 3 other ENT's in the course of three years. They had given me little recommendations for my hearing loss. I had a prior surgery in 96. With another doctor. Dr. Crawford actually caught the malfunction with my prior surgery. And was able to fix it. Was astound that the other ENT Drs I had went to prior, had never caught the malfunction. Highly recommend Dr Crawford.

"Dr. Crawford provided a more accurate diagnosis within 10 minutes than 3 St Lukes doctors and a St Lukes radiologist. The St Lukes docs fell in line with "vertigo" and the radiologist did as well (apparently without looking at my MRI). Crawford found the issue and eventually performed a very successful surgery, along with Dr. Duckworth, and I'm now on the path to recovery. If you have ear/balance issues, I would highly recommend this practice."

"I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Delray Maughan. I have been dealing with a vestibular issue that impacts my perceptions of motion for 2 years now. Dr. Maughan was very kind to me as I was pregnant at the time and did a wonderful job in working with me on doing a complete assessment before coming to a proper diagnosis. The diagnosis had a medication treatment that was not advised while pregnant so he provided me with other options and made me feel heard and not crazy most of all. Losing control of your balance and perception makes you feel extremely vulnerable and Dr. Maughan was sure to make sure I knew that my concerns were valid because externally nothing "looks" wrong- but everything felt wrong. I really appreciated my experience and I have recommended him to others who have asked." B.B.

"My daughter had ear trouble for years and eventually, after our insistance, she had a CT scan that revealed a cholesteatoma. Since it had been there so long without diagnosis, it erroded her hearings bones and she lost a significant amount of hearing in her left ear. Dr. Crawford was able to replace the bones with prosthetics and her hearing is almost back to normal. Until we saw Dr. Crawford, we didn't even know of such an option and to know that he was someone that could perform the surgery was a stroke of luck. We will be forever thankful for his expertise and caring." W.M
