We have prepared this information to assist you in your visit to our office. As always we will assist you in anyway possible with questions or concerns. Please let us know how we may better serve you. At the Idaho Ear Clinic, we strive to see our patients in a timely fashion, but occasionally circumstances arise that may delay your appointment. We apologize in advance if your appointment is delayed and hope you understand that we do value your time.
We work to provide the best, and most appropriate, treatment possible for our patients. We understand the need for a clear understanding between the patient and his/her doctor regarding financial arrangements for medical and surgical care.
The doctors of the Idaho Ear Clinic have established fees for professional services to their patients. The responsibility for payment of those fees is the direct obligation of the patient. Full payment for all co-pays, co-insurance, or any deductible amounts is due at the time of service. If you require financial assistance from our office or want to arrange a payment plan, please contact our billing office at 208-938-5823. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
We also ask that if you must cancel and appointment or surgery, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you fail to show with canceling, or if you arrive more that 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of $50. Idaho Ear Clinic uses third party agencies to collect on accounts that are past due. Returned checks are subject to an additional fee and will be sent to a third party agency if not paid in full after receiving notification.
